Assuming BIP 2048 is used for the dictionary, there are 2048 possible words, there are 47104 possible combinations total, somewhat less if we eliminate the words already used. Which sounds like a lot, but it could be scripted if you can do any scripting or know someone who can. If you're right that it's the last word, it's only 2048 possible combinations.

You'd need to script it somehow. I don't know anything about interfacing with mobile devices, so I can't advise there, but I am sure someone who does may help you out for a fee or perhaps out of the kindness of their heart. Cutting through those combinations for a computer would take a couple of minutes.

Also if you think you have the full seed phrase somewhere on your computer, you can do a search against your computer or your mobile device for the list of BIP-39 words, you may turn up a backup of the phrase with the missing word.

If you know it’s the last word then there are even less than 2048 possible combinations as the last word includes a checksum of the entire mnemonic phrase. This means that only a few of those 2048 last words will produce a valid checksum, which can be checked with the BIP39 tool, for example.

Download the paperwallet from github. There is a partial seed phrase option that can be used. Put in you 23 words and it will return all valid phrases and the first address x addresses of each. You'll need to be to know which address is yours. Then you can reuse the completed phrase of import the private key to a new wallet.
