This is an old post cz binance now clarified that this deal not completed and binance not owned wazirx .and nishal just put all blame in cz binance head

You think old posts of Twitter has Zero value, If not completed then why they not remove that post it's indicated that he just wants to pul his legs out of mesh nothing else. Main thing is all withdrawal and deposit of crypto not halted by WazirX and they are also corporate in the investigation. (in my personal opinion)
