As the tech team needs more time to check your account. I'd follow up everyday anyways.
It's understandable, but I hear this every day and my problem still hasn't been solved, what's the point of doing this?
From my experience, maybe there's something suspicious activity in your accnt.. and they are into investigation.. if all is ok then there's nothing to worry..
