According to the IDO terms, the WX tokens you bought will be released in small portions during the next year after the end of the IDO (Nov 25, 2021). The portion of WX will be released every time a new block is added to the Waves blockchain. Then, once you take a part of your tokens from the smart contract, you can perform operations with WX tokens (including transferring).
