paid in $ and a tAPY paid in WX that we claim in "Claim WX".

My doubt is: where do we claim the tAPY paid in $?

No, the base vAPY indicates the growth in the number of pool tokens (e.g. WAVES/USDN) that a liquidity provider receives when they return one of their LP token back to the pool (i.e. the withdraw action). Profit from this activity is accumulated in the corresponding pools and increases the volume of their liquidity. The more profit the pool gets, the higher the value of its Base vAPY and the higher the price of the pool's LP token.
