Hello!Yes, there is a burning mechanism: new WX tokens are issued each block, the maximum possible rate of issue is 190, and the current rate is 39 tokens per block. The difference is burned. Each quarter users will be able to adjust this with the governance. Also, you can find more details here ("WX Token Protocol") and in the Lightpaper.
