Why dont you differ between APY and APR? Wouldnt it

look more professional if you would use the correct definitions?
Besides that APR is always lower then APY, because APY is always with compound interest but you are showing your products without auto compounding as an APY, too. But you calculate an APR for that and not the APY. So your values are lower then they are if you compound yourself.
Simple Solution: just replace the Y in for example tAPY with R. ->tAPR instead of tAPY.
