Hey! I've just checked, and as far as I can see, everything is working smoothly on our side at the moment. You'd better try to get access to the Waves.Exchange app via different internet connections (WiFi / LTE). VPN might be helpful in order to resolve this too (EU countries are preferable). I draw your attention to the fact that a stable connection does not mean that it is not the cause of the problem, maybe something is wrong on your ISP side, or something in the intermediate connection links, that's it
