Hi, has anyone had a similar problem? I requested a

withdrawal on WavesExchange and it is on hold for 15 days.
From the first moment I contacted support and unfortunately nothing has changed.
They always tell me the same thing, That the issue will be resolved that the funds are safe but they cannot give me a prediction of when my order will actually be processed.
They don't give me any clear explanation or justification for what might be happening.
This situation does not make me comfortable, secure and confident.

Never had this problem

Hi, Author. I feel sorry for your situation, there is no other way to speed up the process but working with the support team, Telegram won't help here. Please follow your conversation with the support and be safe! Hope your tx will be carried out soon 🙏

Hi Julia, I hope you are well! I'm not looking for the resolution of my case here, I'm looking for information from other users. I've been in contact with support for 15 long days and there is no evolution in the case. Support doesn't give me any justification for what it may be, absolutely nothing. Every time I found the response time exactly the same answer and no solution.

I see, it means the team does not have the date for resolving your issue, but it doesn't mean they are not working on that. There are some users who have the same problem, but 99% of users do not face it ever, they just do not write about their successful txs in the chat as it looks silly, that's why we see only complains here.

Yes, I agree that it is not common for successful Txs to be reported here. That's precisely why I talk about my case here, hoping to get the answers that no one is giving me on the support channel. I've been with Waves since Ico, I didn't expect to go through this kind of situation. I trust that the case will be handled by the team as indicated by you, otherwise my report would not be here. Please understand my concern and that I have worked hard to accumulate the funds that are in OnHold. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to answer me. And rest assured that when resolved it will be a successful Txs reported here.

If u need funds fast u should always convert to Waves then sell the waves on a cex. The on hold transactions do always wind up being processed sooner or later tho
