Hello. The voting is held on the regular basis. It lasts for ~2 weeks (20,160 blocks) and the votes are calculated on the contract. A new vote starts when the calculation of the results of the previous one is complete. The given votes will be prolonged for next voting. The current voting will be end in ~ 4d, 9h, 46m (6,346 blocks), you can check that on the same page
