I understand the assessment of the comment, but they should

understand the anguish of those who have their assets withheld without any plausible justification and without any resolution forecast.
No one knows the reasons that led to the withdrawal request.
What if that person's family needs assistance that relies on cash?
I think the team should be more empathetic and understanding, as we're just trying to find a justification that support doesn't give.
I believe that the lack of an effective response from the support team is much more serious than this type of comment and generates this type of assumption even if it is not correct.
