Graham, it's users' funds safety, We cannot neglect it. It's on the firs place. About the stats you asked for "On hold", have you ever seen it on any other exchange? No any piece of information can be published if we deal with automated but centralized bridges.

Other exchanges move funds around a lot quicker though so people aren't waiting days for a withdrawal

We're not others, we're moving to decentralization in all directions and aspects. I guess I said enough. To sum up - yes, some users do face withdrawal problems, but their percentage is too small to say that the bridges part works absolutely awful. The works on improving the service are done on the permanent base from our side every day. If you personally have some issues with your withdrawal, please contact the Support instead of the Telegram chat not to scare away new investors/users. If you just want to say how this work should be done - we've got enough feedback, yours will passed to the team as well, thank you. But let's stop this endless discussion, as we're of different points of view, and I respect yours.
