From my point of view, I don't really think so. It could but I don't see how since if they are applying, they only do it with one contract which is the new contract unless it already has the old contract listed. There are so many factors that exchanges consider in listing a project especially the tier 1 exchanges and some consider volume and market cap as a very strong reason, we have low mc and currently volumes of around $6-8m only, cexes like binance would consider that low, so no I don't think it's migration
