Hi, I have some questions. 1. When the collateral asset

moving within the bands it will be in soft-liquidation mode right?

2. If the price go out of the bands —> will the asset be liquidated? or will be convert into crvUSD.

Start here with our resources ser. They are excellent and will give you a good idea of how llamma works. But basically, your liquidation range depends upon number of bands set, and how much you borow. When you're health drops, and you fall within that range, the liquidity in the respective band will be swapped from collateral asset to crvusd. if health improves, you're de-liquidated. When your health falls low enough, around zero, you're subject to hard liquidation (similiar to traditional liquidations). at that point the liquidator pays your debt and takes your collateral and your position is closed
