Hello, I sent USDC from PolyMATIC to my wallet on

October 21st and it arrived. Then there was an update on October 25th that I was unaware of so when I sent it again this past week. USDC turned into a new token called “USDC.e” I sent it to my wallet and it never arrived. I messaged support but it’s has been about 4 days and all I got was a copy paste message about the help center. How can I get in contact with a real person to solve this?

I never even got the “confirmation” email I reinstalled the app and all. There was a split on USDC from ERC Bridged and Noble USDC on October 25th. So I sent the old token which is now USDC.e the only option now is to get it sent back for me to convert to noble USDC
