So I updated the app, when I go to sign

in it says it's sending an email for verification. It never came through, and I hit resend multiple times.

YES it's the correct email, and NO it's not in my spam folder.

I am locked out of my account, who do I contact to fix this issue?

You can email contact@crypto.com Be sure you have checked also your trashbin.
