How is it abuse to pay my utility bills with
my Jade green? Or even paying at the gas pump vs inside? I mean that’s just a bit ridiculous don’t you think?

In regards to paying at the pump, a lot of pumps pre-authorise a certain amount before dispensing the gas and the amount is correctly adjusted later on, so that’s why they probably don’t allow CB on that
the intercharge fees for some MCCs are inherently low hence it makes absolutely no economic sense to give 2-8% cashback on these transactions
