If cro were to hit a dollar would the staking

no why? It's fiat peged
the amounts are currently pegged to the monetary amount not a number of CROs, so the number of CROs would decrease but the monetary amount would stay the same (unless Crypto.com re-adjusts the tier criteria)

right now for example, Icy is $50K SGD or $40K USD, etc. (depending on your region/country). Unless Crypto.com adjusts the tiers, it would be in that case 40,000 CRO (assuming you refer to $1 USD as the price)
