Pay and has had the status stuck on Pending?
I have done this. Was wondering if anyone else experienced this and what was the outcome. Support has told me to contact the merchant (??!?)

On who's side? Either way, I should not be the one to contact the merchant as I bought the card through crypto.com (the seller).
sometimes the gift cards are our of stock and that's why an error might occur. We are indeed a reseller of those, but the gift cards are not created by us - that's why you need to contact them.
Because the gift cards are sold by the merchant. If the payment was processed by our side, it means its an issue on their side.
Eh? Payment is taken on crypto.com side but it's the merchant at fault (?!?!). How is that a reaaon? Crypto.com has taken my funds from me, not the merchant. Also, crypto.com has not or does not show that the payment has even been processed.

Most likely because the merchant has to process your order properly so it could be an issue with the merchant's server or system

Probably but you also purchased because it was discounted. So partly your fault since you only purchased through CDC because of the discount. That said, just reach out to CS and hopefully they can eventually resolve your issue

Discount is the percentage off you are getting.... Regardless of CB or not you are getting that portion back... So in other words if you weren't offered that cash back would you have ever bought from cdc? Or would you have went to the actual retailer and bought it from there? My point is chances are the reason you bought is because of the cash back.
Of course! So not sure what relevance has the cashback got to do with me contacting the merchant? There's a sale on Lego in a toy store. Do I contact Lego because I haven't received my item or should be dealing with the toy store.
