Another user has brought this to my attention. As not everyone got this email. Currently, you're not required to do anything. As the email states, there will be a notification in the Crypto.com exchange requiring additional information. The information that it's requesting is no different from what the crypto.com app. Therefore, wait a few days and see what will the exchange app provide or any updates from the App Store. Also, don't respond to the email and just wait. For the time being nothing is required.
