times from 2 different banks to transfer money to his crypto account. Each time it’s left his bank no problem but a week later it gets put back in his bank! He’s contacted support and sent screenshots they’ve asked for but they say they’ll sort it and get back to him and never do. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are the bank accounts in his own name?
Does he use some type of neo-bank (Monzo, N26 etc.) or a traditional bank to make the transfer? I think sometimes that causes this type of problem
Yep they’re in his name, I’ve gone through the process with and he’s not doing anything different from myself.
Traditional high street bank. I’ve told him to contact them to see if they’re recalling the payment.
You might need to withdraw to some type of neobank first because some traditional banks block bank transfers related to crypto.
