Anybody has any idea what is going on with the

Centauri (Grertings Topgund) validator?

It changes the ROI to 3% once you lock the coins for 28 days, and now to 0% ROI and it changed the name; what is the most effective way to report it?

Is it possible that I switch validator before the 28 days, or I must wait for the 28 days?

It has 0% because the validator is currently jailed. It already has been reported, but the network is permissionless, so it’s up to the delegators whom they trust.
