frozen out of no where and I can’t see anything on the app WHATS going on it’s saying contact support to unfreeze !???

This is just wrong. When you try to load you get the pop up that it is frozen. It cannot be loaded. Please get your facts correct.

It's one of the symptoms of the said issue. Do not worry for your assets are safe and the team is doing their best to resolve it ASAP :)

Right but please stop telling people they can load. It’s not possible. The pop up blocks you from loading.
