Your existing Crypto.com Visa card will need to be closed before a new one can be issued. How do I do that and how long does the process take?

You can do it within the app. It sometimes varies, so can't give exact times.

EG: I had a new card sent to myself in Australia, got here in under 10 days from Singapore. In the US is will be different.

If you’re based in the US, you can expect the card within 2 weeks

One point to be aware of is that as the card is cancelled any funds etc on it at that time you freeze the card are also in limbo. Before you stop/order a new card ensure you have any funds you may need, want to use, allotments etc prepared for a few days downtime without being used on that card.

* Also IF you do have any funds on it when the old card is stopped etc. DO NOT WORRY, when the new card arrives and is activated the old funds you had there will be visible and accessable anyway 🙂👍
