As you’re mentioning a ETH gas fee on a CRO withdrawal you must be talking about the DeFi wallet. The fee is paid to the ETH network, not to Crypto.com

You can use an alternative wallet which allows you to edit the gas prices. But the tx could be stuck for a long time if you don’t pay enough gas
