Is it possible to somehow cancel withdraw transaction from Exchange

or get tokens back? I've accidentally withdraw VVS tokens to the wrong address. Not even Cronos. It was a BSC contract address.

I was trying to contact the whole day via live-chat, via email, via Telegram and Disqord. I can't get any support from anyone. I didn't get any answers.

I was trying to reach support momentarily when the transaction was under processing but no one answered my requests.

I don't know what to do and how to get funds back (((
