I saw it shows option now to deposit using bsc so I tried a test deposit sent funds to the bsc address provided for me. Blockchain verified transaction was successful but funds are no where to be found

Support through the app always takes days for me few times I have had to do it. Why show me bsc deposit option and there’s no where to then see my bsc deposit. Successful transaction verified on bsc blockchain yet my money is no where to be found. Good thing it was only $60 to test. I see the scammers are now calling me wtf 😂🤣

Yea usually the scammers impersonating cdc admins always send me messages never had them do voice calls. I will answer one time just to mess with the person would love to hear what they say 🤣
