Are market orders always filled? Or can they not filled

My market order through the API got cancelled for whatever reason, it just sold 0

Not sure, since it's through the API it might've been a call error, might want to double check it all.

Yea I do that, it wasnt it returned an normal order API response, but with the filled quantity as 0

whatever I'll just redo if its not the full amount I expected, just odd since I thought market orders were always supposed to be filled

Market orders are filled at whatever the current price is even as it might go down or up. It will sell all as quickly as possible.
