Hi. Maybe someone can help with offline conversion upload? We
want use YCLID upload, but got error in API response and also under manually upload section.
All these steps under https://yandex.com/support/metrica/data/yclid.html are done, but returns an error message.
1. Goal has been created
2. Offline conversion upload are enabled from 4. november
3. Yandex metrica are linked with yandex.direct account
4. Got correctly yclid parameter and we put correctly in CSV file.

I had a case when an error occurred when importing offline conversions. As it turned out later, the problem was in the DateTime variable in UNIX format, which did not correspond to the time of the user's session on the site. Perhaps it can be with you.
