If I have almost $4000 in CRO, can I apply

for the jade card non staking then buy the remainder and stake $4000 when ready and upgrade my card to get free Netflix and Spotify??

That’s doesn’t answer my question at all. Basically I want the jade card and I have about $4000 staked already but can’t Unstake them for a while. When I try to apply for the card it’s asking me to BUY $4000 of CRO even thought I have almost that same amount. Why can’t I just apply for the card unstaked then when my funds come available after staking period ends I restake them for 180 days and upgrade the card?? Is that possible?
