Alright guys, I have the crypto.com DEFI WALLET….. I
was trying to send some CRO to the kucoin exchange, but apparently I sent a different version of CRO…… CRONOS or something similar….
My funds did not arrive in kucoin exchange….. so how can I solve this problem and get my funds back?
Any ideas how should I go about this ?

Check the Blockchain explorer if there is a track. cronos.crypto.org/explorer/txs

I did, it was successful…. But kucoin does not receive the CRONOS version of CRO
Open a ticket with crypto and see if they can track transaction
