Is there a problem with the Debit Card - I

have just had 2 transactions not go through even though there were more than ample funds in the card account. Anyone having the same problem?

Yes there must be a limit on the card.

/roadmap some do not accept or have a delay of some sorts because visa's system does not work with their system. Paying at unmanned gas stations is such an example

Also verify if the merchant accepts Visa as well. Verify the card is not frozen. You can find that under card section.
