@A_durango is this normal charges just to replace a card?

Yes it is. If you feel it's a wear and tear type issue. You'll have to present photos to customer support from the crypto.com app. But yes it's very normal to charge $50USD for a replacement fee.

All I can say is that this price is extremely extortionist . Never anywhere in the world , a 50$ charge is slapped in replacing a mere card. But no problem. Thanx for your answers .
