the past 2 weeks had to wait 6-8 weeks to receive it? (Including the 2 weeks after its shipped)

I will, I just feel there is in issue at the distribution center with my card specifically being lost or misplaced as its been created and issued for exceeding 4 weeks and every rep did say it was unusual even during the busy holliday but no one has the ability to look further into it, or at least they won't reach out to that person.
