and still havne't received. Customer support said they have no info as to timeline / gave absolutely no helpful information / seemed like they had no idea how long it was actually going to take. Can anyone on here provide any context / when will my card be shipped? 5 weeks is pathetic and it looks like it is going to be even longer than that

apparently, admins have no way to know mate. THey are just here to help out. Many users are experiencing this though

I received my Visa card in almost 4 weeks. And that was when CRO was still $0.18 (before all the new Visa card request)

I get it. They should be able to look at my account and tell me when it will be shipped though. Don't understand why that is hard. Also, when I signed up for this tier I didn't realize I would have to wait more than a month for a card to be sent... Would have changed my move
you'll receive an email when the card is mailed out. then it should take another 7-10days to get your card. you can use your card already for online orders. don't have to wait for the physical card.
That's right. Alot of people wanting to get in when we are almost at an all time high, congested network and all time high request of the Visa card....
How can I use it already? Where do I get the card details / ext...? Same as my old card/tier?
I could be wrong but I don't think the staff and admin here has the power to do that. I think that would be a question to ask customer service in the in-app chat

I know you are frustrated but be mindful that you're talking to an admin and they are just doing their work. Plus why did the CS send you here lol
Strange that a company of this size can't have a better handle on operations or give someone who staked 40k for 6 months any kind of concrete information outside of copy pasta responses that are sent to everyone who asks

Where are you located? I don't blame customer support. As stated by them, we can't provide misleading information. So, they can't respond. Let's start off with country.
It's been taking 3 weeks stuck on issued state and 2 weeks on shipping times only. With holidays it's really slowing everything down.
