Seems like the app and service keeps getting worse, been also waiting almost a month for my upgraded card...

I waited three month for my physical Jade Green card 😅

Jade green? My earn staking ends in 16 days. With the recent pump from CRO I am finally able to upgrade my card into the green or purple. 💪

Hello Cryp2n8t, usually cards can take between 2-4 weeks when “issued” and 1-2 weeks once “shipped”. I’m sure your card should be with you shortly :) may I ask you where are you located?
