Question for the savvy people on here I’ve staked my

CRO via the DeFi Wallet thanks to some recommendations from this sub. Ironically I made the first (and biggest mistake) by staking ALL my CRO and leaving none for the fees (I iz idiot) but my questions is - can someone explain the unbonding period thing? Will all my funds including staking rewards be held for 28 days? When does the term roll over and is there a way to observe that date via the app? When and how can I redelegate via the app? Can you just continue to stake to infinity or do you have to restake every so many days?

Any further tips or tricks would be appreciated as well!
