Dear admin/ambassador: 1. I’m trying to earn on my crypto deposit

(USDC). I Was was told that if I deposit more than 40k and lock for 3 months, I get 14% (including 2% CRO), WITHOUT any card.

However, it’s only showing 10%.

2. And while my balance of $40,015 is “checked” it’s only letting me confirm $250 for the balance, which I’d earn the interest.

Can you please help me?

You have been told incorrectly. To get the 12+2% rate you need to be staking 40k usd worth of CRO towards a card. The staked CRO earns you 12% on, and additional stablecoin deposits earns you 12+2%
