It means that you would be using the CRONO's network if you choose CRONOS. Crypto.org chain is where where CRO lives however you can migrate it to CRONO's chain for tiny fee. Crypto.org would be my first choice to transact CRO on the chain as the fees are LOW. ERC20 CRO is also available because of certain restrictions in different countries and in order to comply with laws it be must in ERC20 chain. However you must be aware that in order to transact in different blockchains you must pay a transaction fees. That's how it's designed by the creator and there's nothing we can do about it.
