Decentralization is all about having equalized power to all the validators, which makes the chain more secure — A 98% uptime is usually a good indicator that the owners/people running the node, know what they’re doing, and avoid costly mistakes that can cost you rewards! An under 7% voting power to ensure that all validators get an equal number of voting weight, otherwise the chain will slowly become more centralized if everyone delegates their CRO (votes) to a single, or small set of validators.
