You can do that within the Crypto.com Defi app, or if your CRO is in the app you can withdraw it as ERC20 CRO

You can convert it from Cosmos to ERC20 within the app yes, but beaware it can take some time to convert. If you have the Crypto.com app it's faster to do it there

As long as you keep the initial card stake for the Ruby you will keep the perks. And you can use Earn when ever you like
