app and exchange linked, when the confirmation link never comes to your email after more than 24 hours despite numerous attempts to resend it???

Have you signed up for both, they are seperate parts of the ecosystem and KYC has to be completed for both.

How? When I try that it says the same email for the app is invalid or unavailable and trying to log in as an app user is not sending an email link

Am assuming that you have already signed up for both the App and the exchange separately. There is also the pathway that you need to take the “sign up” option (Not the login option) from the top of the exchange webpage

I have never logged into anything but the app. I have been using the exchange app to log in. Now I’ve done it on the website and I’m telling you this confirmation link is never going to come. Almost 2 days now and multiple attempts to resend and checking spam folder and nothing
