Will my crypto card get locked if I try to
buy a gaming PC for 2,000 euros? I know some online banks lock up big deposits but the cashback would be hella nice

shouldn't be a problem, but be careful as some computer hardware vendors are cashback excluded
https://help.crypto.com/en/articles/4597450-restriction-of-cro-rewards-program MCC 5734: "Merchants classified with this MCC sell computer software programs for business and personal use and may also sell or lease computer hardware or other related products" Doesn't mean all computer online shops are excluded, I personally bought a wireless router's satellite unit days ago and got cashback, but someone reported on one of the community groups that Dell.com did not accrue cashback for them.
also check the fees and limits page on the app for limits applicable to your region and card tier for limits on transaction amount, transactions per day, etc. if you ever need to know if a transaction is too high to be authorised in one go. The fees and limits keep getting reviewed and updated regularly. App home screen, top left corner, settings cog, scroll down to fees and limits.
