I just logged in to the exchange and noticed my
2 fa was disabled. i tried to enable it again but i get an error. does this mean my account is one those that got hacked?

Everyone was logged out. Everyone needs to log in again and re enable 2FA. Currently 2FA is a little buggy so you just have to wait it out
