I'M OK with waiting for an official message, however, it

panics me a bit to think that during the wait, I'll be logged out, and then won't be able to log back in because I was *supposed* to have reset my 2FA.... In short, do we have to stay logged in while this is being fixed?

That's fine for the app. However, there are no biometrics for exhcnage accounts.

Just make sure biometrics and pass code is on. Withdrawals were disabled until you can 2FA again. So really no need to panic if nothing can be withdrawn. Stay logged in
