Any update on log in and app functionality? Still can’t

access my crypto wallet once logged in. App is updated, re installed app, numerous support team emails and no resolution yet. Costing me a considerable amount of funds after almost 48 hours of no access to my funds....

what issue do you have more exactly?

I tried to get into the account yesterday and no option to put my password, just the mail. After that I received mail to ask me to verify first the number and after my documents and I received a new referral code that I already have and an email which say that I can't have 2 account and contact with support. I don't want 2 account just I want go into my one...And I don't know why it looks I did a second sign in...
