get in contact with customer relations, rather than the in app support team? I have some questions that the support team do not answer, which are quite serious questions given the size of my portfolio and given the situation from last week. Just need some clarity on a few topics, but seems like in-app support cannot help. Thanks

There's nothing wrong with the app ..tried and tested multiple times
I know, but the guy was reporting an in app issue, I believe
No .. he was requesting help that he wasn't getting from in app
Tried and tested but a certain situation happened last week which suggests there are issues, and indeed issues which are not defi related
Is the app available on pc?
