That refers to the exchange. Do you mean the app or the exchange, or DeFi, they are all different parts of Cryptocom

No, they are different. One may be available in a region the other may not. On the exchange you can set limit orders, in the app you can’t. The exchange may have coins/tokens the app may not and vice versa. Also each have products that are unique to themselves - some examples are the EARN and CREDIT features on the app. The app is mobile. Whereas the exchange is web based and also accessible on mobile.

thx for the answer, good to know. so when i want to claim my bonus token in the app, i get the notice that i have to stake cro to unlock. since there is no staking available in switzerland, it’s also not possible to claim the bonus. or is there another way?

Staking CRO for a card in the app (And as a consequence releasing the USD $25 referral bonus) is not the same as soft staking on the exchange.
