checked the option requesting a physical card. The app says “Issued”. Still no card in the mail???? She has access to the virtual card but no physical card. It has been months. Do we need to cancel her card and request a new number and card????????

There are currently some delays with getting the cards shipped. Don't worry, it will ship eventually. We're sorry about the inconvenience in the meantime.
