I placed an order on the USA Crypto.com Shop for
2 hoodies in early december. I haven't received any updates since. How long does it to process and/or get any updates than the original purchase confirmation?

It takes a couple of weeks to Europe due to the backlog in the logistic chains. Also it needs to pass customs.
